"The only issues was that the hot tub wasn’t warm and half the jets didn’t work. And the steam room wasn’t steamy. However the sauna’s were hot and the pool water was nice and warm. Cleanliness was excellent."

"We booked into the hotel and expected to stay in the hotel with a chance of overlooking the canal, but when we checked in we were sent across the road to a seperate building which felt unsecure, and as we were on the first floor we could hear everyone walking past our room and loud voices and doors slamming constantly all times of the day and night. The room was clean and basic but ok. Bathroom was good and clean. Would not have booked this property if we knew we would be staying separately from the main hotel. Other to that the location was great and couldn't have been more central. Just would've liked some transparency about possibly not being in the main building, as the building we were in was so noisy and disrupted our sleep every night."
