"Everything i needed was easily reachable. Public transport is timely, inexpensive and safe. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only regret was that the pool was closed. It looked so good. Doesn't open till June. So i took a day trip to the beach (Rota) and had my swim there. So everything worked out good. "

"Air conditioning doesn’t really work (requested repair and not much better) and only in April. Would be unpleasant any hotter. Toilet seat also broken and wasn’t fixed upon request. Hotel cheaply appointed and maintained. Feels like it needs a ground up refurbishment. Very expensive for what feels like a mediocre 2* experience. Baby changing mat on wall in corridor on way to main lobby bathrooms also very strange. Staff friendly. "

"Hotel is very nice and clean, but we did see a few ants (la hormigas) in our room. We alerted the staff but nothing was ever done to our knowledge. It didn't detract from our stay and the staff was very welcoming and helpful."
