"Pros: This location is so good for walking to downtown Bentonville. The property felt safe and was very clean and decorated well. The neighborhood was quiet at night even though it was right next to all the action in downtown. Highly recommend staying here. Cons: I don't love when a home has a coffee maker but doesn't provide coffee. I stopped on the way and grabbed some coffee pods just in case and I'm glad I did because there were only hot chocolate pods available. It's a simple fix that...

Decorated beautifully and updated, loved our stay! enjoyed sitting in the deck drinking our coffee, watching the sun come up and the deer nearby. I think our only issue would be the downstairs bathroom if you are 6 ft tall, you have to crouch a bit not to hit your head. "Two story Duplex with plenty of room for a family of 8. The outdoor deck is large and great for family bbq. Overall a very comfortable stay. The pull out sofa in master needs sanitized though. There are sus stains. There are no play areas near for young children, so plan on entertaining them."

"This house is beautifully built and decorated and in a great location with a large parking area. Other than the spiral staircase, you do not feel like you’re in a tiny home at all. Everything essential is supplied and top of the line. The only thing I would add would be either a toaster or small toaster oven and an ice maker to the kitchen. To the upstairs I would add either shelves or drawers so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase. We found lots of places to visit and loved Eureka...
