"My wife and I booked a queen loft. It was spacious. The full kitchen and double sinks were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna a lot. Of course, the location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the gondolas. All staff was friendly and helpful. That being said, the room was a bit dated with obvious signs of wear and tear. The stairs were squeaky and soundproofing was quite bad. I could hear the kids next door running up and down the stairs and screaming one morning at 7 am."
