"After traveling for 20 hours, anticipating our late check in for rest and relaxation only to find upon entering our room that it had a foul smell and it was filthy and uncleaned. The bathroom nasty with no towels or toilet paper. A filthy, roach infested apartment unit is what was presented to us.
