"Me and my wife weren't able to go due to hospitalization and so i decided to have my parents use it but when they arrive they told them that they need me to be there for them to use the room i booked. Few days prior i called the hotel and explained why we can't make it. In the end, they told me my parents can use it and to tell my parents that they need their ID and just tell the receptionist that i booked the room for them. I felt like we got scammed on this one."

"No breakfast included, no safes in room, the staff were helpful, but noisy rooms especially if you have an adjoining room, it was nice to be on the board walk and lots of local restaurants within easy walking distance. "

"They have a separate washroom for every guest but the one I got has shower with only 1 sliding door so the water is drifting out"

"The bathroom did not have showet gel or shampoo, and it was never replaced during cleaning. It's overall ok, clean but poor services. Also very noisy, walls are paper thin. Wouldn’t stay here again due to poor service and noise."

Great communication, bedroom completely clean, great furniture, beautiful house and neighborhood, you can walk 1 block to a very nice restaurant and just 5 min walk to metro town. I absolutely recommend staying here, we appreciate your attention and kindness Anna"

"Lovely hosts, very clean, great location across from a public park/playground/school/church with lots of delicious restaurants nearby like Singapore Hawker. Yum! Gave it 4/5 because:1) extremely uncomfortable couch prevented my daughters and I from cuddling comfortably on the couch.2) it’s a basement suite and the owners upstairs walked around in shoes which was noisy, though they thoughtfully seemed to wait until one of us was up before vacuuming or doing truly loud activities.3) lacking in items many other well-equiped vacation rental units have, like cooking oil, coffee whitener/milk/cream and more than 2 pods of coffee for 3 people for 5 nights. Not a huge deal, of course, I just really appreciate it when I can arrive and have a cup of coffee with milk/cream/whitener as soon as I check in, without having to go shopping first. Everything else was great: communication, lock, water pressure/temp, beds, kitchen. If they got a new couch that didn’t have a couple of big concavities in it/broken springs, I’d stay here again. "
