Overall, i would stay there again. The hotel had very welcoming multilingual helpful staff at the reception desk. Housekeeping did not come by on our third day and we ran out of clean towels. They did however swing by later at my request and dropped off a couple of clean towels. The AC works very well and is needed in July.

I didn’t take any food from the hotel, as I wanted to take the maximum out of the city. The hotel was undergoing some reconstruction works and having that said, the price paid did not meet the expectations in quality. However the staff were polite and were doing their best.

Location of the hotel is amazing, however for the price of the room, its a pretty average hotel. Rooms look a little dated, theres not much in the room, a small bar of soap and the tiniest of hand lotion. The bathroom has barely any light, and had mismatched light bulb. I don't know overall, for the price... not sure i'd revisit.

Check in was ok with a delay on the room, executive level on 11th floor was worse than my kids on 5th floor, ultra squeaky old king mattress but worse was the ac noisy and did nothing to make the room cold even worh setting at 18 degrees for the price inwould recommend Hotel Jean instead!
