I was very disappointed to find out a couple days prior to the trip that this facility had no parking, not even parking we could pay to use, which caused us to turn around in circles for 1h30 upon arrival since we went during a festival weekend. Nonetheless very clean place, ac, a fridge and coffee machine at your disposal and the staff members were just ok. They didnt always seem like they wanted to be there but remained respectful and nice.

Great stay and would recommend to anyone. Small but exactly what you need and nothing more. Must be able to walk and move easily but that is true for anyone staying the this hilly city. Terrible parking situation. Find a lot and park and stay parked. Use public transportation or you will get tickets or spend time driving in circles. I leaned the hard way. Love the city and this hotel. Will come again.

Great place to stay in old Quebec. Loads of charm but was told no daily housekeeping service but that didn’t bother us at all. Breakfast next door was excellent especially being included with price of stay. The beds were a little hard for my liking, & front staff were not there in the morning but were very nice. Close to all attractions in the old city, very walkable.

The best thing about this place is its location that is easy to walk around old Quebec and perfect for the Quebec summer festival (FEQ) as it's at 3 minutes walk. However, this place, which has amazing potential, just doesn't seem to fully exploit it...The service is simply ok, no soap nor shampoo in rooms (which is very weird for a hotel...), parking and unloading isn't obvious to do (especially with the FEQ where most roads are closed). The biggest thing is that when booking a "classic room", they put a picture of a big room, but it simply isn't the reality, which is pretty much "false advertisement". In their classic rooms, which are a bit bigger than the "solo rooms", you barely have space to open and unload your suitcase. This place is for people traveling and only needing a simple bed (not too comfortable but does the trick) to sleep without the need of unpacking anything. If you are traveling with simply a backpack, this place is great. If not, I'd say maybe look elsewhere. We had an included breakfast at the restaurant "Sagamité", which is a nice looking restaurant. The included breakfast have very limited options (3 crepes or waffles or 1 eggs with 1 choice of meat and potatoes or 2 egg omelette with nothing in it and potatoes). However, we asked if we could take things off the regular menu and we have a 10$ credit. The restaurant was very good actually soxeven if it's not included, I would recommend it.

Hôtel qui n’a d’intérêt que pour sa localisation dans le centre de Québec. Chambre ok mais besoin de nettoyage. Petit-déjeuner ok servi dans le restaurant d’à-côté. Le gros négatif est la clé pour ouvrir les portes. Il n y a pas de service 24h donc, si un client essaie d ouvrir la porte à minuit, il n y a personne pour l accueillir… ou personne pour l aider.
