The Louisbourg Hotel was in a great location. It was old but very functional. Cozy . It was comfortable. The breakfast that was provided was excellent and very appreciated. We enjoyed our stay !

This hotel is very well priced and the location is outstanding. This is a place to lay your head for the night. Don’t go in with the expectation you are staying at a five star resort. It is just accommodation for travellers who are going to be exploring the city. No elevator, so be prepared walk the stairs after a long day of adventure.

We book this Hotel from Expedia, we all loved this Hotel. Everything went smoothly. Best thing about this Hotel is the location and free breakfast. Very easy access to all the attractions and it's in heart of Old Quebec and breakfast was fantastic with lots of portion. The server was great and he single handled everything professionally. We will be back to this Hotel in future. Thank you Expedia for showing thus perfect location Hotel with perfect breakfast.

Very friendly staff at the registration desk which opens at 10am. I was able to get into a room early as I was unwell after getting off a cruise. They carried my case to my room. I received a breakfast voucher for the restaurant next door, and the full breakfast was excellent, I could not eat it all - too much.

Great location and was very clean despite some of the other reviews. Everything in the room was well appointed. When I booked, I did not realize their check-in closes at 10pm. I arrived at 1am and they left notes at the door for me to call them and the person on the phone answered promptly and very courteous. He gave me the code to open the front door and they left my keys to get into my room. Overall very happy with my stay and will recommend to my friends.

Great location with tons of restaurants everywhere! Great breakfast at the restaurant, close to all shopping, bus tours, seconds away from water view! Beds were comfy, nice AC, as it was quite muggy during the summertime in July. Rooms had hairdryer, shower amenities as well.

-excellent location in the hub of all the action in old Quebec city -the hotel Street is also a very busy pedestrian street with many restaurants -but discovered I booked the smallest room in the hotel (1 double bed), it was like an attic with 2 slanted ceilings, so must bend down to walk to the sides of the room, otherwise will hit your head. -bed was comfortable though -no elevators, very old building with 4 floors -so hotel has no amenities, just a room

The hotel is older, there is no elevator, you have to pay extra for breakfast, and the rooms are small. That said, the room was clean, the shower has plenty of hot water and the property is located right in the middle of Old Quebec. We had quick and safe access to restaurants, museums, tourist spots and to get tour buses. In fact, during our four-day stay we didn't need our car once. There is no on-site parking, but there are several garages nearby at about $20/day Canadian. The hotel's price seems a bit high for what we got at the property, but its location made it worth the money.

The emplacement is perfect you are in the old Quebec and you have a lot of restaurants nearby! The only things is the parking you have the find a public parking and hopefully you will have one close to the hotel but you have a lot of choices for parking but keep in mind that you have to walk to go to the hotel

The location is very ideal. Easy access to all point of interest. Staff were very helpful though. Checking in is a bit confusing but resolved. Got coffee maker that doesn’t work and expired coffee, lol! The room is decent but the washroom is too small. Shower is like .50mx.50m. Beds were comfortable, looks newer. Lighting is poor, only the bedside lamp and that’s all. this place is not suitable for people with mobility issue, it has no elevator. A/c is great it sets to 19C. It has free breakfast at Sagamite restaurant beside it but if you’re unlucky, you have to stand and wait at doorstep for like 30min.without being acknowledged. For that busy restaurant only one old person working. For 3 consecutive mornings, only once with that younger lady that service was awesome. Food was great though.

Our stay was very pleasant and unique overall. However, the layout was quite confusing, as the reception and guest rooms are located in two separate buildings. Parking was also inconvenient, requiring us to leave our car about two blocks away, which made unloading our luggage difficult. There was no breakfast offered, but since the hotel is located in Old Québec, there are plenty of excellent cafés and restaurants within walking distance, so finding breakfast wasn’t a problem.
