Reception staff were helpful and available when we had questions. But the unit we got wasn’t the cleanest, the toaster was broken, we had to rewash all the dishes, the bathroom had hairs on the ground. It was very well located for our event in Mont Ste Anne and that was the big plus, everything else was ok! Expedia advertised that it had both an outdoor seasonal pool and an indoor pool, but this is not the case. You have to drive 5 minutes to get to a shared indoor pool and there is no outdoor pool, that was disappointing.

As others have said the rooms/facilities are a bit dated but it’s cheaper than Tremblant and way less busy. For the money you can’t go wrong. The Staff is super warm and friendly.

Staff was amazing to deal with. Stay was excellent. Little mini condos bring your own groceries and cook whatever you like with the hot plate or toaster oven. Also have a microwave and coffee maker. Ski in ski out right to the lobby with a 2 second walk
