I had family room 7 at the top of the stairs and it is a large comfortable space with a couch, table, mini fridge, electric space heater, TV, and coffee maker. I found a microwave on the second floor. The hotel is across from an ice skating rink and the fortification wall and was very walkable to everything within upper and lower towns and Parliament. I would absolutely stay there again. Just be aware of the stairs and that is no staff on site.

The room is sparkling clean, very very spacious, and we love the staircase and how we are able to get necessities ourselves without having to wait. Location is fantastic and there’s underground parking nearby. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, nice accommodations. Totally automated is convenient until your phone dies and all the numbers to access the hotel and your room are stored there. No one around to offer a personal touch. Luckily I remembered the pattern and was able to access the room, phew!

The location was perfect and the experience of staying in a historical building dating back to 1845 was special. The family room was large, clean and comfortable. The circular staircase for three flights was a bit of a challenge, but we were up for it!

The Auberge is well located, a 15 min walk from the train station, and it was easy to walk around within the walls of the old city. The staff was very polite and helpful, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. I would stay here again!

Very good location. I didn't notice it's an hotel without reception desk, so obviously there's no services on site. A garbage bag was left open beside the front door and stayed there for a while... Other than that, our 2 rooms were quite large and clean. Overall I would recommend this place as the price is fair.

Great location, easy to walk around the Old Quebec City area. The building is nice, seems like a lot of the original architecture has been maintained. The rooms were sizable and beds comfortable. Definitely recommend if you're looking for something that can make you feel a bit like a local.
