The hotel e view really beautiful. I book a room with a see view to stay for my birthday. When we arrived for check in after 5pm no clients wasn’t waiting in the reception but they made us wait for 20min afterwards they said “your room had upgraded “ well that moment I thought that why they so long. But I thanked for! However they put us in the room with no view and dusty smells. I think nobody books that room. Anyway I did a complaint and with a lot of effort they moved us to the room we had booked with see view. I was so disappointed and tired. It made me cried I had paid 6k for 2nights and had treated me that way. After this problem solved we had a good trip. The first impression didn’t make me enjoy that hotel much.

"Property is fantastic, rooms are slightly cramped but that's what you expect in Rome. Location is a bit far from central Rome (about 30 minutes by bus, includes a change) and might be very slightly unnerving to come to at night with public transport. We didn't mind since we travelled in a group."
