"Amazing Stay! Very quiet and felt like your own little oasis. Not a ton of kids (they were all at four seasons) food was awesome, staff was very attentive and accommodating!! Only request is more cool local brands to shop at the stores! Mayb rotations of little food amnesties that come in the rooms. Thank you so much ! I’ll be back again! Don’t miss the ceviche tostada at the pool!!!! So good"

"Everyone was so kind and friendly. Our buddies Moises and Josue were so absolutely helpful and kind. If you love a good vacation this place has it all. 4 pools, 6 restaurants, multiple activities. Everything was spot on and more than excellent. I highly recommend this resort to everyone. It has it all, no need to leave the resort! "It is a very big beautiful property with great restaurants/ food choices and snack stands near the pools. There’s a nice kids pool that is very shallow and has slides and water falls. It has a theatre with nightly performances, we saw a great 70’s Disco sing & dance performance. It has a night club for 18 years and over with a DJ, that was great fun. The Lobby bar is a great hang out place to chit chat, have some drinks and/or play jeopardy kind of games, or just watch a large movie screen showing concerts and playing great music. The only down side is being far away from the airport. It’s 45 minute drive. And it’s not near any walking distance stores or other restaurants. We visited during early August and it’s very humid, so we were uncomfortable most of the time. And could cool down only when we returned to our room. The buffet and restaurants were not cool enough. Only the Japanese restaurant was cool. We were in sweat the entire trip. The water temperature in the pools are warm, too warm for our taste, we wanted to cool down and couldn’t. I suggest going when it’s not so humid."

"Our family had a fantastic stay at Family Selection Grand Palladium Vallarta. The highlight of our vacation was, without a doubt, the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. A special thank you to our concierge, Josue, who consistently went above and beyond. Whether helping with reservations, answering questions, or simply checking in to make sure everything was going well, he made us feel like valued guests from beginning to end. His attention to detail and genuine care really set the tone for our trip. This is an excellent resort for families. While it isn’t the largest property, it offers plenty to keep both kids and adults entertained, with a great mix of pools, activities, restaurants, and beach time. Our whole family had an amazing time, and there was always something to do together. We also appreciated how well the staff handled the occasional rainy day. The grounds were cleaned up quickly, and everything was back to looking beautiful in no time. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation made even better by an outstanding team. If you’re looking for a family-friendly resort with service that truly stands out, Family Selection Grand Palladium Vallarta is an easy recommendation!"

"What a gorgeous property and an attentive staff! This place was perfect for a large family vacation - it had amenities and comfort for everyone ranging in age from 7 to 70 plus. The pool was gorgeous and well maintained. All beds very comfortable and gorgeous with HUGE and modern bathrooms, many with walk-through and outdoor showers. The common areas were comfortable and everything was well taken care of and our kids loved the media room that was virtually wall-to-wall sofas. But what really made this place stand out was the spectacular staff. Huge shoutouts to Caro the concierge who helped us plan and coordinate every little detail (even some changes of plans), Sayed (sp?) our chef who prepared everything from 5-star meals to chicken tenders for the kiddos impeccably, and Nono our bartender who made every moment special and a great margarita (or 100s). And of course attentive housekeepers, sous chef and maintenance man. All together, they made this a very special and worry-free experience."
