Just not a great experience this time. Poor communication with mngt company. No orientation with regards to the building. ...we had to figure it out on our own. Elevators broken and we had to enter the suite through the very stiff patio door in our bedroom using what looked like a bike key. Leak in the bathroom that never was dealt with. No in house safe so we had to hide passports and important documents. Smoke alarm started beeping because of low battery....they just removed the battery as a fix so not very safe. Pool was fantastic and rooftop area was great however!unfortunately just not something we've experienced in the past as we love PV and visit often.
