However, because I had the premium packages I was expecting at least a queen size bed, but I got a full size and it wasn’t too confortable. Besides that, my family and I had a great experience. Will definitely come back. "

The facilities are outdated, the hotel feels run down, the room was old and when I arrived, I went to use the bathroom and there was no water in the sink or the shower, the mini fridge was not on, I had to go to reception to complain, and then they fixed the issue. "It was not a great experience for us. We purchased a stay for 2 adults and 2 children through Expedia. When we arrived and checked in they charged us an extra of $250 for one child. They said we had put 2 infants. First day the toilet got clogged. We did wait for total of 4 hours for someone to come fixed it. We called once, and went to the receptionist twice before finally getting someone to have it unclog the toilet. The toilet continued getting clogged everyday until our last day. We never...
