"Room was clean but hallways could be picked up more (Dirty room service trays). No top shelf liquor was a problem, and everyone was trying to sell you something; upgrade your room, your club status, selling oils at the spa, etc. the biggest issue was not being able to swim on the beach due to seaweed. If the staff wasn’t so fabulous, the trip would have been a total loss. "

"I really recommend Sensira Spa and Resort. Everything was almost perfect during our stay, except for the beach. I chose Sensira because it’s on the beach, but we couldn’t enjoy it because it was full of seaweed. We learned that they’ve been dealing with this issue since 2014, and it’s seasonal from April to October. The most disappointing part was that small resorts nearby to Sensira seemed to be managing it better. To enjoy the beach, we usually had to walk a few meters away from the resort, but couldn’t use other resorts’ amenities."

"The airport shuttle was so nice! We were welcoming with a damp towel and a water for the ride to the hotel, and welcomed to the hotel with a drink right away for the check in process. Food was excellent, drinks were excellent, staff and friendly, fun, and professional, and there were plenty of things to do. It was the perfect place to relax!"
