Pueblo Nuevo Hotels, La Paz

"The hotel stay at HBule Maletcon as very nice. The roof top bar had an impressive view, wonderful drinks and gourmet appetizers. Dinner was delicious. Kudos to the chef! Bed and pillows very comfortable. We were able to walk to the Malercon and all the restaurants. Very clean town! The only downside was the hotel construction trash outside our window (although we kept that shade closed and we were on the4th floor). Overall I reccommend staying here. Price was right too. "

"Poorly located, away from beaches and the City Center, limited concierge service, poor room service and no notion service. I should be able to buy Tylenol (or sunscreen) in any decent hotel lobby. The pool was closed for maintenance our entire stay - we were notified less than 36 hours before check-in. La Paz is a great place, and was busy with events that week, so a last minute hotel switch was not possible. The Staff, however, was nothing short of amazing - cheerful and helpful to a fault. If I were in the hotel business, I'd make job offers to every last one of them. All in all, not bad, but not what I was expecting. DO NOT believe them when they say they are "conveniently located." They are not."

"This is a beautiful hotel in a quiet location 3 blocks from the malecón. There are a number of excellent restaurants within 2 blocks. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Beds, a/c and hot water were all great. The pool is immaculate and heated. Can’t imagine a better place to stay in La Paz and we will definitely stay here again."

"Check in was smooth ,we got our room 1hour early.The staff were attentive and friendly.The room had lots of space for the 3 of us.Beds were confortable and everything worked in the bathroom.The swimming pool was well maintained.We had a light lunch also and it was okay.Good place for a short stay."
