"We spent 9 nights in the ocean view suite.Very beautiful garden veiw as well.We had a great time staying at The Sands Grace Bay.Our room.was modern, very clean and comfortable. Thanks to our wonderful housekeeper Dueila who made sure our space was freshened up each day.She even converted the twim beds in the room to a queen so my daughter and her partner could rest well. It would be nice to replace the washer and dryer units in the suite.They dated and rusting. Thanks to the bell attendants Oral,Samuel and AJ who assisted us with our luggage.They were warm and welcoming from the first day we got there.They were approachable,respectful and kind in sharing ideas of things to do and places to visit while on the island.Miss you guys tons. Big shout out to Anatalie housekeeping manager who immediately acknnowleged our concerns we had with linen on our pull out coach. Michelle and Diane from front desk were amazing. The only cons to this trip was the service at Hemmings way restaurant was below standard .The service was atrocious. The staff there was rude and unfriendly. We had to ask for menu's. Our server didn't check on us after ordering, she was so unprofessional. She had no enthusiasm in providing service. No entertainment on property which was boring. The sands is grest place to unwind relax on the beautiful turquoise beach.Lots to experience on the island.Lovely destination. "

"Waking up at the Blue Haven Resort in Turks & Caicos was truly waking up in paradise. We had a studio with a king size bed that had an ocean view but no balcony which we were initially interested in but this did not impact our experience overall . "We had a Deluxe suite garden room and it was lovely and very clean. We overlooked the garden and pool but we could also see part of the beach & ocean. Whoever cleaned our room daily done an excellent job!!"

"The resort is an older resort with classic island charm. The property and amenities make up for the dated furniture in the units. The resort is perfect for a relaxed stay and easily accessible to all other resorts and restaurants via the shuttle or taxi. I will be coming back for a longer stay. The beach is priceless!"

"Just returned from our week long stay at Beaches TCI. We loved our time there, however just a couple of bumps to recognize. It room was beautiful but shower curtain smelt of mildew. Once we brought it to housekeeping attention it was replaced immediately. Resort it very large so took a bit to get acclimated. Was an effort for someone to actually give us a printed layout of the resort but someone did find one. We figured there would be more information on the resort and itineraries, shows. activities, food. etc but really had to search for information throughout resort. We did our homework online so wasn't as bad as it could have been if we hadn't. Staff was extremely pleasant. We were in French village so couldn't see beach from our room. Beautiful pool and garden view though. Bottles of wine in room didn't get replaced when empty. Needed to ask. Coffee want that great. One amazing cup of cafe latte at Cafe but all others were not very good. Mixed drinks seemed to be on the weak side. Very family oriented. Excellent programs for children and lots of families so if looking for adult resort comfort might want to choose adult only resort. Food was absolutely amazing!!! Every single party of it. Top notch cuisine!!"
