The complex appears to have been built as a student type residence and is laid out in several buildings connected by outdoor aerial walkways. The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value. "
