Budgetfriendly, but lacking cleanliness, comfort

If you’re on a tight budget and only need a place to sleep for one or two nights, it works. But if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, or a little more than basic amenities, and a better pool area I would recommend spending a bit more and staying elsewhere. The beds were fine and nice that there was a parking garage. Also close to super market and 20 minutes drive to center of aix-en-provence which is a lovely city.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Piscine agréable. Draps et serviettes très propres. Il faudrait en revanche prévoir une petite serviette de toilette avec la grande… Un rafraîchissement dès sanitaire serait le bienvenu. Ancienne maison de retraite reconvertie en appartement , avec un confort minimum Un appartement avec une Clim au dessus du canapé lit , et un ventilateur qui souffle de l air chaud sur la terrasse en plein soleil à quarante degré sans parasol à disposition , une caution illégale vous sera imposé au début sans inventaire si etat des lieux d entrée qui va vous monopoliser. Une forte sommes d argent sur votre compte pendant six jours ouvrées si vous faites plusieurs hôtel , une budget conséquent vous sera bloquer le temps des vacances , un matériel vétuste , des plaques de cuisson ou l on ne peut même plus lire se qui il y a écrit, un personnel pas aimable , des responsables non présent à l arrivé des Clients , bref a fuir ! Rapport qualité prix en dessous de tout Et une piscine ridiculement petite donc établissement que je ne recommande pas

Bonjour, en arrivant j'ai signalé des lattes cassées, l'information n'a jamais été écrite quelque part. La piscine était bien, mais l'établissement devrait trouver une solution pour les moustiques ⚠️⚠️ Le premier jour, on est resté 1h et le deuxième jour 30 minutes trop de piqûre Heureusement que j'ai fait une vidéo de la chambre et que la gouvernante avais pu constaté la chambre avant. J'ai fait la vaiselle, j'ai utiliser mes sac en papiers comme poubelle je les ai descendu puis jeter. 1. Zéro communication la personne a l'accueil n'a pas noté que j'avais signaler les lattes casser. Au moment de mon départ je suis descendu j'ai oublier le clés de la chambre a l'interieur. En remontant j'ai vue que les filles du personnel qui était monter pour chercher les clés une personne c'est amuser a tiré les lattes abimé pour les poser sur le matelat du bas. Pour mon activité fait que je réserve souvent des chambre d'hôtel je fait toujours en sorte de nettoyer un maximum. Le personnel a essayer de me facturé 3 fois des raisons injustifié.

De passage sur Aix en Provence pour une Journée, nous avons été très bien accueillis. L’appartement était propre, les lits faits et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine avant de repartir. L’hôtesse d’accueil a été très agréable et à notre écoute.

Mon séjour s’est très bien passé, le personnel était agréable et la chambre propre. Le petit déjeuner, buffet varié et à volonté à neuf euros est très appréciable. Par contre je trouve dommage et excessif de faire payer le parking en plus de la chambre (5 à 7€ par jour).

Appartement propre et simple parfait pour un petit séjour en famille. Nous sommes arrivés à une heure tardive et tout nous a été indiqué pur prendre possession de notre appartement de manière sereine Juste un léger bémol sur le Check out nous avons attendu 15 mn à la réception et personne n’est venu.

Appartement très petit, cuisine minuscule et frigo aussi. Personnel pas très agréable et pas très ouvert à la discussion, ils sont agacés de nous répondre et nous le font savoir. Il est précisé qu’ils fournissent les serviettes, prenez les votre elles sont minuscules et laver une fois par semaine. La laverie est hors de prix et ne sent pas très bon. La piscine est minuscule et mal entretenue, maillot de bain etc poubelle. Départ anticipé de 2 journées pour des raisons personnelles, on me menace de me faire payer un supplément si je ne pars pas avant 11h. De plus le fait d’être passé par hôtel.com les dérange il faut passer par leur site d’après leur dire et je suppose que l’accueil sera plus chaleureux 😂
