"The staff were very helpful. The room was nice but the bed was a bit too firm. The pillows were small but the staff told us we should have asked for more. Our view was lovely and the all inclusive package was well worth it. The bartender Kyle was amazing and truly lovely to meet. He made our stay that much better. I rated it 4 only because of my preference for a softer bed and very firm pillows. Otherwise I would definitely return there especially if Kyle and the same chef were there."

Was very welcoming and well run, very clean, a few metres from the beach, and good food available. Saddam on reception was very helpful and incredibly polite when we arrived and talked us through everything and helped with all questions and queries we had"

"Great location on the beach and near restaurants and shopping area. Very friendly staff and very clean rooms. The breakfast is very good also. Can't find anything negative about this hotel.
Kids can access the kids club at the pearl sunrise just next door.
Sunbeds are reserved for the whole stay which is so stress free.
I would recommend it to everyone. I would definitely come back."
"This hotel was truly a paradise to stay in, and it deserves to be a 5* !!
We received a very warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in a perfect location for the beach and the main road where all the shops, bar restaurants are, is just a few minutes' walk.
The room we stayed in was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with the most gorgeous view of the beach. The pool at the hotel was also very nice, and we never had a problem getting sunbeds every day.
The staff at this hotel; from reception, cleaning, breakfast, pool service, and restaurant, were all very super friendly and very accommodating. A special shout out to Tiago (pool staff), Michael (restaurant manager), Varna & Chris (breakfast staff) for going above and beyond.
This holiday was extremely special for us as we were away for my partners birthday and we also got married in Cyprus 😀 !!
I asked the hotel (quite last minute) if they could arrange a birthday cake for my husband as a surprise, and we walked into an amazingly decorated room. We would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to all the staff who arranged this. It was such a lovely surprise. Thank you so much ❤️!

"The initial impression we had that there was a sandy beach just in front of the hotel was a slight disappointment upon arrival; notwithstanding that, the rest of the hotel's amenities, friendliness of the personnel, and facilities were excellent as expected. Bottom line, we would come again with or without a front beach! And that tells it all!"
