"We have absolutely loved our stay at Olympic lagoon. The food and drinks are amazing, the staff can’t do enough for you. The kids entertainment is on all day and the evening shows are fantastic. We also ate at the seven orchards restaurant and again the food and staff were amazing. Really recommend this hotel will definitely be returning."

"Hotel was overbooked when we arrived, booked through Expedia was put into another hotel of a higher grade for a night and board basis upgraded so can’t complain but was a little inconvenient. Reception staff were not very welcoming and didn’t have the best communication skills. Property was nice though, good spacious connecting rooms, lovely sunbeds x"

"As Anmarie hotel was not open that time, Tsokkos hotels offered to change our reservation to Chrysomare Beach Hotel and resort, so this review is based on this facts. The staff was excellent, helpful and kind. We were on HalfBoard and the food was excellent. As in march the temperature is around 20°C the sea temperature was not really good for swimming, but we try it. Beautiful sea and very nice surroundings. "Extremely helpfull staff."

"The staff from the front desk, to the restaurants were fantastic. Some of bar tenders at the Beach bar were not quite as helpful and sometimes quite rude. The gift shop is spot on, great prices and so very helpful. We don't normally buy from hotel gift shops because they are generally over inflated prices. But found if we needed things their prices were in-line with downtown or better. Enjoyed our stay!"

"We booked one night at this hotel, and upon checking in, we were brought a block or two away to a completely different location. There was no pool at this new location, one bar of intermittent WiFi signal, and the rooms were completely different from the photos online. Inside the room was hotter than it was outside (32 degrees celcius) and the air conditioning was struggling to run. The doors at this place had punch marks all over them and there was a footprint on the wall about four feet above...
