"Okej boende med bra läge i Pernera! Nära flera bra restauranger och en välsorterad Supermarket mittemot hotellet. Finns också en bra engelsk pub. Tyvärr dålig Wifi men vår Studio som vetter mot den fina poolen hade sköna sängar och AC:en rätt placerad i studion! Det finns en fin strand Pernera beach på gångavstånd🏖️ OBS! Det finns inga mindre strandbarer med billigare enklare mat vid stranden utan köp med baguetter+drick från super market! "

"The hotel was ok - good location but the bars and restaurants along the road were very average and a bit rough and ready. The hotel was fine but breakfast was basic with the same selection that you would get in any hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy and well maintained. The allocation of sun beds for your stay seemed fine when we arrived but as time goes by you may want to try another area. Also, the sun shades are fixed and can not be moved. So if you want to move into the shade, you need to move the sunbed. Where we were, there was a fence behind us so could not move back and limited space between subbed ."

"The standard of the room and hotel were pretty much what we expected and I have no complaints about them. We weren’t expecting so much loud noise at night time, and it made it difficult to sleep. The hotel is situated next to two bars which were both playing live music until after midnight. The family room we were given was on the closest corner of the hotel to these and the balcony windows do very little to block any noise which went on beyond midnight on both of the nights we stayed there. It was difficult to get our two children to sleep while they could hear the Robbie Williams tribute act singing “let meeeeee-eeeeeeeeee entertain you!” at 80 decibels…"

"Hotel is very well located. Just few steps from the golden beach and few meters away from all restaurants amenities and nightlife in general. Spotless at all times and staff exceptionally helpful. Mrs Lisa (and her family) the owner of the hotel she is unbelievable helpful and very kind leading her staff to do their best so their guests can have unforgettable holidays."

"Hotel was a good standard, wouldn’t say 5 star but the food was very good, only buffet option included within all inclusive package, which wasn’t clear on booking. Plenty of choice and very nice food, wouldn’t say there was much choice for children. Staff were very attentive at clearing finished plates and rubbish. Pool area was again well kept with very helpful staff. The pool bar wasn’t very 5 star, all fried food and again only certain food and drink included within AI. The housekeeping wasn’t great with replenishment of coffee, tissues, etc. All the towels and robes were old and grey and most definitely not what I would expect from a supposed 5 star hotel. All in all we had a great stay and would go again but some improvements could be made."
