"The villa is in a good location. Walking distance to food shops and restaurants. Regular buses nearby to go into Protaras for more variety of restaurants. From upstairs balcony there is a view of the sea. Within a few minutes walk you can reach a beach and fishing harbour and walk to other beaches. The villa is very nice inside and has all you need for a relaxing holiday. Looking at the photo of the pool, it is very misleading as this is the view from the balcony to the beach and features the pool next door which was beautiful. Although I swam in our pool every morning and enjoyed it, it was a bit strange with a very shallow part with no access unless you slid in from the side. The ladder access took you to the deep end. It was fine for me as a regular swimmer but could be an issue for someone less confident. The pool would look nicer with tiles on the bottom. It was painted blue and had lots of scrapes when cleaned. We like to sit in the sunshine all day and we’re able to do that by moving around the poolside throughout the day when the sun moved and we’re happy with that. The owner was very helpful when asked for advice but what would be really helpful would be a file in the villa with helpful information. All the other villas we have been to have had that. This would have details like where is the nearest shop, restaurant, bus stop, beach, walks and instructions to use the washing machine and cooker. We found out these details quite quickly but a file would have helped."

"This property should not be advertised for rent!! It has not been renovated and not cleaned for years… is in a terrible condition, certainly not how the pictures online presented the property and definitely the household does not comply with the health and safety regulations as it should. We are truly dissatisfied and irritated by the fact that we have to spend the night with four children, under these circumstances. Some of these include broken bay cot, filthy pool, the airconditions in the room were leaking with water and every morning we had to fill up the swimming pool with water as the level of the water was down.. never again in this disgusting place "

From the lovely ladies on reception who could not do enough for you Aglaia and the lady who printed off my urgent documents as well as the cleaners, and the restaurant staff. I would like to make special for Maria from Frenaros a wonderful young lady who service with a smile and personal service went beyond what is expected of a hotel restaurant."

"Enjoyed a 5 week stay at this property. The biggest asset being the large sun terrace receiving the sun from sunrise to late afternoon. Another bonus of the property is the covered allocated parking.The galley style kitchen was ok for me, on my own, but a family I think would find it rather restrictive due to the limited space.On arrival the property was clean and tidy. With all the basic essentials, some of which are starting to look slightly tired. Satellite TV would be a nice addition along with a B-B-Q on the sun terrace. "

"Very peaceful resort with restaurants only 10 minutes walk away. Apartment was very close to the pool area though pool bar was closed for the off season. Look for the allocated parking place when you arrive as it’s not obvious!"
