"Upon arrival all the dishes were left in the dish washer dirty. The bathroom hand soap was also empty. "

"Everything was good with the only issue of the wall thermostat did not control the A/C heating unit. So once we figured out we had to use the controls on the unit itself directly we finally got the room at the desired condition. The breakfast is really good! Lots of healthy and tasty items to chose from. "

"The staff were really friendly and polite. The hotel has a slightly outdated feel and could do with a revamp but the room was clean with no issues. I booked a room with breakfast but not all bookings do come with free breakfast."

"Yes rooms were clean but unfortunately didn't make the experience extraordinary in anyway celebrating a birthday here, from the not ideal dinner table location or room offered under the fitness room with banging in the morning. And put on the highest most inaccessible from with a newborn. Missing that precision care from a Relais Chateau property."

"Parking is easy and plentiful. The complementary breakfast was sufficient. The staff was helpful. I simply believe the property can use some love/investment...The toilets are old and running. One of our two full-sized beds were made with blood stained sheets (I wish I had taken a picture before having the items replaced). The space feels dated and dark. The rooms are hallow in feel (dim, cold and non-insulated against external noise/sounds). An on-site gym is advertised, yet not in operation. Oddly enough, the organization takes the liberty to advertise a gym because a third party gym happens to be accessible somewhere in the area... truly misleading. I am scheduled to be back in Brantford in approximately two weeks, however, I will not be looking to the Days Inn for my accommodations. "

"Staff were amazing - all three were very kind and helpful. The room on the other hand was beat up. It had cob webs in the corner and the walls were extremely banged up and scratched all over. This place definitely needs an update. "
