So sad that they have let things deteriorate since the Esther's Inn days. It used to be such a nice family place and we loved going there, which we did many times. Our boys learned to swim there as well as did their children. But now they have closed 3 of the pools and the sauna and the water slides and they no longer have the breakfast brunch which was excellent. Now for breakfast they have plastic packages of yogurt, etc. It's just a real shame.

I stayed 2 nights with my family. The first morning I woke up to water all over the floor, nothing was done other than new towels being brought. The second night was awful. Between 2am-5:30am there was a group of guests running around, being loud, slamming doors. None of us got any sleep. I did call the front desk a couple times, tried to prop the door open so it wouldn't get slammed. The next morning, when checking out, the lady at the front blamed the night shift guy, and took no responsibility and wouldn't give us a deal on the room. I asked the lady why she didn't set the guys up for success by having proper procedures in place for new night shift people and wasn't given an answer. In short, the room being affordable is great... but not worth the lack of care from the staff or sleepless nights.

Resturant was good. The hotel was very simple on the outside but had an amazing courtyard with plants and seating areas as well a a pool. This area was inclosed and warm and light even on a chilly afternoon.

First stay was good other than the dog barking periodically throughout the night. This time around there were many loud people who seemed to be in a group. Sometime after midnight these drunk people decided to party in the hallways and have a pool party and diving practice. The staff was good and did what they could about these people. The hotel is decent, good value and the staff always seems professional, it would be nice if they could have a noise policy that works.
