"The AC didn’t really work that well, it didn’t get cold, but we also didn’t have time to mention it to the staff to have it looked at. It would be good if the AC could be routinely checked rather than guests needing to raise it as a concern. "

"We have stayed here several times Great location. Big rooms with king beds and walk in shower. Very clean Breakfast buffet had abundant choices. Lack of check in staff was annoying. "

"Ligger lige op af Berlin Hbf, så perfekt, når man er med tog. Ligger også centralt til mange seværdigheder. Værelset (standard) er lille, men pænt og rent og dejligt, med et lille køleskab. Savnede en elkedel til en kop kaffe på værelset. Vi blev spurgt om opgradering af værelse, da vi ankom, hvilket var træls og unødvendigt, vi havde jo valgt hjemmefra. Simpelt, men fin morgenmadsbuffet. Vi vil godt booke det samme hotel igen."
