"TERRIBLE!! The front desk staff are horrible. They’re either absent or, when they are there, not very helpful. I booked this hotel for two months, but I guess I need to cancel all my bookings. No cleaning was done for a whole week, and the towels weren’t changed. When I went to the front desk to complain about it, the staff member said, “Bring me the dirty towels, and I’ll give you new towels,” and wanted me to read the hotel-made policy, trying to tell me this is very common. Not even for one...
