The reception staff were so lovely and friendly - I didn’t catch the ladies name but she was super helpful. Was so nice to use the plunge pool after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is in a great location and they had a fantastic buffet breakfast (including a great selection of gluten free). Highly recommend

A grand hotel very close to the train station.
The rooms are lovely and clean and beds comfortable .
At night the restaurant serves fancy food at fancy prices, and at breakfast it has an amazing buffet available.
The hotel is an easy walking distance to all the main attractions.

Wow – we booked this before seeing any real photos since it’s brand new and only had design concepts online. It felt like a risk at the time, but honestly, it paid off in the best way. This place is incredible and looked exactly like the photos!
We booked a 4-person room (two bunks), and the space was huge. The beds are basically double-sized with privacy curtains, and the room itself had so much space to move around. There’s a bench with chairs, a full-length mirror, large lockers right at the...

We stayed for a week in July 2026. The hotel was recently refurbished so everything is new. It was the middle of a heat wave and the aircon was fantastic, almost too cold (but the staff can adjust further if needed). The family room was spacious for the three of us. The usual amenities are available - but they provided a steamer rather than ironing board and iron (I have not asked if this was available). Has USB A and USB C charging ports in the room. It has lift access so no lugging suitcases...

Our room was very large. It had its own private balcony. The room was charming and gave a lovely Florence feel. Staff were wonderful, especially Leonardo. They were friendly and welcoming. We got to check in an hour earlier than expected, which was a wonderful surprise. Leonardo also held our bags for us as it was raining and we had several hours before our train departure. The breakfast was yummy with a good selection. All in all the hotel was great and we had a lovely time. Would highly...

Not much to say. Was good if you are heading to the airport.
Don't stay here if you want to do anything in florence though. It will be 20e each way to city center by taxi
