"Ao chegar em araƧatiba, me surpreendi a suite, tudo muito limpo e organizado, Ć³timo custo/benefĆcio. Fui muito bem recebido pela Cris e Guerra, simpĆ”ticos e eficientes, me senti em casa. Recomendo!"

"The room smelled really bad, like old and rancid. The bed sheets had a strong foul mothy smell like they havenāt been washed in months. The bathroom walls were dirty and stained. The balcony had no table or chairs. The tv is very small, very bad quality picture and no Netflix or cable. "

"The location is fabulous. Directly on the main strip in front of the sea. Staff was helpful. After checking in the AC wouldn't turn on. Fixed that.. 2 hrs later it was still hot so a technician came and we went to dinner. Upon return at 1 am, it was cooler but not cold. So i let them know in the morning before heading out. When returned in the evening it was much cooler. The shower was not very clean..it had old stains. It was also very finicky.. usually scalding hot. I was on the 2nd floor......

Please note the breakfast is only served between 8:00 - 10:00, so if you leave earlier because of an early boat there is no breakfast!ā¹ļø
We had booked 3 rooms, and had no. 2, 3 and 4. Room no 2 had only a neon light in the room and was very crowded because of an extra bed, which couldnāt be taken of the room!ā¹ļø
There was furthermore a bad smell from the bathroom! Room 3 and 4 was ok with much better light!"
"I read reviews about this property that helped me to choose it, big mistake. Whoever highly rated this place probably doesn't know better, very basic. You feel like you're in someone's house as opposed in a pousada. There's definitely better options for the cost of it. The overnight guy was very nice but one ladie in the day time was rough, from my room I could hear they talking on their phone, loud. Never again š. "

Check in was easy and the guy on reception very friendly. Room was a good size and clean with air conditioning.
Bed was comfortable and the shower was good.
