A minha estadia foi curta, porém as pessoas foram solicitas, a explicação inicial da recepção é bem completa e o café da manhã é ótimo! O que eu tive uma indisposição foi em relação ao banheiro, onde tive que pedir auxílio para o ajuste.

A pousada é muito boa, mas preste atenção no detalhe do banheiro que fica fora do quarto. Eu não vi isso escrito e quando cheguei lá mostrei que não estava escrito nada disso no voucher, mas eles foram irredutíveis. As meninas são muito educadas e o local muito limpo.

Foi maravilhosa do começo ao fim. Atendimento show da recepção (muito atenciosas), equipe do café (sempre deixando tudo arrumando e com bons alimentos), segurança ( virou um amigo, Fabio gente muito top, sempre preocupado conosco e indicando maravilhosos passeios), voltarei assim que possível. A pousada é bem bacana, com excelentes funcionários. O café da manhã é muito bom. No entanto, a limpeza nos quartos deixa um pouco a desejar. De três em três dias trocam as toalhas, mas não foi trocada a roupa de cama, assim como o quarto não foi limpo.

Tivemos uma ótima estadia, desde a entrada até a saída. O lugar é lindo, bem cuidado, café da manhã ok. Só estranhamos que não limparam nosso quarto e no segundo dia a piscina estava mais ou menos limpa, pelo o que informaram, aquele era o dia de folga do funcionário. Mesmo assim, ficamos muito satisfeitos.

Excelente atendimento. Os funcionários são atenciososos e prestativos. Os únicos pontos negativos são: o banheiro ser fora do quarto e o café da manhã ser na cesta. Desta forma, não temos como escolher. No demais, um excelente local.
