The hotel in question is misrepresenting its accommodations - do not trust the photos. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the "Superior Suite" did not match the advertised images. Several furnishings, including floor lamps, bedside lamps, and bed stools, were absent from the room. One of the TVs was not working. The air conditioning units were in a state of disrepair, leaking water onto the walls. Additionally, there was evidence of human bodily fluids on the pillows, as documented in the attached photographs. The glass barrier on the balcony was cracked, posing a health and safety risk to guests. Due to the unacceptable conditions, we were compelled to check out after the first night, despite having a reservation for four nights. Regrettably, the hotel manager has been unresponsive and has declined to issue a refund for the remaining nights, even after intervention by the Hotels.com representative.

This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. We enjoyed our stay overall but were disturbed by noises from 4am every morning (possibly because we were placed on the floor below the restaurant/entertainment area) and also construction noises from 8am every day of our 5 night stay. We would have appreciated being informed at check in that there would be disturbances.

Começando por essa imagem de um lago e um ponte de madeira, não existe no hotel. Me pareceu muito ser um apto de moradia pelo o tamanho, porem grande e sem conforto, principalmente nos jogos de lençóis, não são os mesmos da foto.

Melhor escolha de hospedagem em Angra

Gostei muito da hospedagem. Aproveitei o Day Use na praia e economizei uma boa grana não precisando contratar por fora algo que o hotel entrega gratuitamente. Valeu muito a pena.

Bon hôtel

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. La chambre (appartement) est spacieuse . Vous avez un grand balcon. L’hôtel dispose d’une piscine sur le toit ainsi que d’un billard. Le restaurant du petit déjeuner offre une vue panoramique. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Le personnel est sympathique. À proximité il y a un grand centre commercial où vous pourrez vous restaurer. Le centre ville est plu éloigné, nous avons privilégié Uber pour nous y rendre.

Hotel simples, mas confortável. Quarto quase sem decoração, mas com instalações boas e ótimo chuveiro. Restaurante no hotel é simples, sem grande variedade. Pontos negativos: não fica perto de praia, a arrumação do quarto às vezes não é feita, o hotel fica em uma região feia, no centro de Angra. Pontos positivos: tem uma piscina gostosa no solarium e oferece passeio gratuito de barco à uma ilha bem agradável.

Gostamos muito do quarto em que ficamos, roupa de cama limpa e cheirosa, comida do restarante no jantar estava otima, no almoço nao gostamos muito. Viagem maravilhosa

Fui muito bem recebida, os funcionários muito atenciosos comigo . O hotel é ótimo , o bairro é bem tranquilo , bem localizado , tem comércios perto . Só acho que poderiam trocar a tv por uma mais atual , pois ficamos limitados aos canais . Tirando isso foi tudo fantástico , café da manhã divino , com bastante opções de comida e bebida . Estão de parabéns, voltarei novamente 💕.

O quarto precisa passar por algumas etapas de limpeza mais atenta. Ar condicionado cheirava desagradável, precisando de urgente limpeza. Cortina tambem. Quarto amplo, espaçoso, bem agradável. Cama excelente. Travesseiros precisando ser trocados No café da manhã fomos atendidos por uma jovem, com piercing no nariz, que parecia enfadada quando chegamos. Ficava mexendo no celular. Ao me servir, ainda no café da manhã, voltei até até a jovem pra questionar se havia derivados de leite no ovo (manteiga, margarina, etc) e ela fui rude na resposta. Assustamos com a forma como ela se referiu a nós. Talvez transferir ela pra função que não lide com público. Ao pensar em fazer reserva neste hotel, lembrem do pessimo atendimento no café da manhã. O manobrista do carro, no entanto, super atencioso e eficiente.

Atendimento pela funcionária responsável muito ruim! Desrespeito ao cliente ! Entrada check in do hotel foi realizada com mais de uma hora de atraso e sem oferecer algo ao cliente. A única funcionária que atendeu bem foi a recepção do check in, porém a funcionária (gerente) muito desrespeitosa!
