Beautiful surroundings and nice to have the pools and hot tubs ! Great little bar and restaurant ! In front of E47 for mountain biking and lake Delage to do some paddling or close to Stoneham and parks to walk or hike.

The location was beautiful right on the river,but thr room was very outdated,the air conditioning unit was loud making it hard to get a good night of sleep.We were put on the 3rd floor we were told there is no elevator access had to climb up three flights of stairs with luggage it was a nightmare.

It was nice for kids. Inside and outside pools, same for spas, mini golf, access to kayak/canoes, …. One negative point is that we were told they were short of staff, that’s why some services were lacking. We didn’t get a better price because of that. So we found it not very professional to hear that.

Brutal.

Absolutely horrible. Air conditioning didn’t work and room was terribly hot and humid. There was also pounding noise from above from 6am till checkout and people yelling in the halls and I got no sleep at all. I would like a full refund.

Enjoyed our stay 30 years ago! The same this time! Great location with lots to do in a beautiful setting. Only negative is small bathroom and our wooden deck and balcony in urgent need of repairs as rotted wood and visible holes would not be seen once snow arrives. This issue is extremely dangerous!

Great location if you plan on visiting E47, which is right across the road. Hotel doesn’t have any provisions for bike storage though, so plan to keep it locked in the parking lot overnight. Rooms were older, but clean. The old AC unit in my room was extremely loud! Every time it cycled on, it would constantly wake me during the night. It’s also time to upgrade the tv’s, and drop the basic cable packages. Smart tv’s with internet access should be the standard now, to allow streaming or wireless connection with phones or laptops.

Bonjour, Le tout était parfait jusqu'à ce que quelqu’un entre dans Ma chambre durant la soirée,je crois qu’on a attribué ma chambre a une autre personne.Assez ordinaire,je vais réfléchir avant de retourner dans votre établissement. Un dédommagement aurait été apprécié,ces choses ne doivent pas arriver …je l’ai mentionner quand c’est arrivé au desk et au chek out et comme si de rien n'était arrivé de votre coté,c’est une grosse erreur !!!
