The Inn Downtown is Portsmouth, NH’s first boutique apart-hotel of its kind. We offer ten modern studio apartments for the independent traveler. Housed in a newly-renovated, historic 1809 home in the heart of downtown, our guest studios feature fully equipped kitchenettes and access to laundry. We are right in the middle of all that downtown Portsmouth has to offer. This studio apartment offers one king bed, one queen size pull-out sofa and can occupy up to 4 persons.
600 sq ft studio apartment with full kitchen w/dishwasher, private bathroom with tub, washer & dryer in unit, and king bed w/queen sofa bed. Wonderful accommodations

Had a great time! The Penthouse was wonderful. Great views. Please be aware of Doug's suggestions about packing light, there is no elevator. Great location! Easy walking to shops and restaurants! Very private in the Penthouse. Can't hear other guests. The unit had everything one would need for a weekend or a week! Highly recommended!
