The room was clean, the price was decent. It was good enough traveling through one night. The pool looked like it has been under construction for many years. The breakfast was cold cereal and toast. The website showed hot food. We will pay a little more for another hotel next time.

I understand this is a budget property, but cleanliness and maintenance should still meet a basic standard. The hallway on the second and third floor smelled strongly of urine especially in the stairways. Also the room had a persistent musty odor just like a locker room, and although the carpet was vacuumed it was sticky. The odor became noticeably worse whenever the air conditioner turned on, suggesting the HVAC system may need maintenance. The staff were friendly and courteous, which was the one bright spot during my stay. I’m especially disappointed that Wyndham allows its name to be associated with a property in this condition.

The room had filthy windows, beaten up bathroom door, really old carpet, non working tv. No tissues, had to request wash cloths and toilet paper. Heating/cooling unit missing a cover, exposing a disgusting interior. Very unappealing place. Breakfast area was clean, and plenty of breakfast products.

The key card for the door didn't work and the clerk couldn't figure it out. He was still helpful and he made an effort. He also allowed me to check in after hours which I was very thankful for considering I had just got off the plane at 1:30am in a foreign state and I was a woman alone. That ensured my safety.

The ladies that checked us in were fine/helpful; the water temperature/shower were GREAT - good water flow & lots of hot water. I had a nice, thick, fluffy bath towel but my brother had a thin, worn bath towel. There is a brown stain on the bed spread, the carpeting in the room felt like it hasn't been cleaned in years. But the sheets appeared to be crisp & clean. Breakfast was lacking - no real juice/the milk wasn't labeled as to whole/2% or what. Some hard-boiled eggs or peanut butter - some sort of protein - would have been welcome.

The motel is pet friendly, which I love even though my pup was at home; however, the carpets were beyond gross and were lifting/wrinkling throughout the building forming trip hazards EVERYWHERE. The whole building needs a complete facelift with paint, carpet, and lighting. The bed was fresh and the linen welcoming; the bathroom was clean enough but the towels were thread-bare. The bath towel was only a couple of inches bigger than the hand-towel and about the same as the bath mat. Took two to dry off. There was no remote for the TV but the front desk gave me a universal one. She said “housekeeping must have misplaced it” (not sure where they would have moved it to). She then told me maintenance will have a look. I explained there was no rush but they never showed at all. I understand this is not a high- or even moderate-level hotel but it’s still a Wyndham property and for $100 or so per night, I expected a bit more quality.

This is what you would expect from the least expensive motel in the Portland area. The place needs renovations for sure. BUT the bed was comfy, the TV worked, the staff was helpful, and the price was right.

This property was convenient. However, compared to the outside appearance, the inside was very outdated. We chose this property because we needed an overnight, that had no frills. We liked that we had plenty of hot water for our shower and both of us got a good night sleep. The down side was there were no safety rails in the shower. One of the important things about a motel stay, for us, is the coffee in the morning. There was no small coffee maker in the room and the coffee up front was horrible. I was going to pass on that the remote wouldn’t turn the TV off. I actually had to unplug the TV from the back before going to sleep. No one was at the front desk.
