It’s a good stay for people with kids , I thought the breakfast could’ve been a bit more diverse, found the room very spacious but could’ve been a bit cleaner found chips on the floor. we enjoyed the pool and the area being close to the places we planned to visit! Had 2 queen rooms for our family of 6. Location is conveniently located with lots of restaurants and shopping, without the craziness of being downtown. The harbor is a short drive away. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, A+ ! breakfast buffet was well stocked with lots of options. Highly recommend this hotel and we would come back again.

Front desk person was friendly and was very helpful. Our first room had a loud fan noise coming from the A/C system so we called to get a room change and she was good about that. The bed was comfy, room was clean and quiet. We were hopeful the breakfast would be great (based on reviews), but we were very disappointed at the lack of flavor in most of the food. Coffee was good.

We had the handicap accessible room but my and my partner are both able-bodied, so take my notes with a grain of salt. But the shower doesn't have much of a lip (likely easier to get into) but it also meant that the excess water spilled into the bathroom toward the drain at the room center. I can't imagine I'm the only person to think this can't be the best way to be accessible. I had to drape towels across the floor so that I could get out without slipping. There is included breakfast but the hours are such that when we got downstairs to checkout at 10am, it was closed and all-packed up. That said, the room had a full set of plates and utensils, a coffee maker, a full-sized fridge, etc. and it was big enough that we could've stayed a while without feeling claustrophobic. The elevators were smooth and fast. But the shower only had shampoo and shower gel so remember to bring conditioner!
