This property has amazing views and amenities. Everything was clean and comfortable. We will only book trips with Bolivar Vacations because all of their properties are excellent.

Super relaxing trip!

We loved our stay. It's a beautiful home right on the beach. We loved that it's completely fenced, so our dog could freely roam, it had a nice hot tub, outside sound system, and plenty outdoor seating. Our family had a great time, and the host was very responsive. It's about 3 minutes to The Big Store. Beware, there is no cargo lift (we're an older group so carrying everything up the stairs was a bit challenging- I missed this when I booked), and it's right on a public access road to the beach, so it could be a bit noisy with loud music blaring from cars on the beach and people parking cars at the water and keeping their car lights shining directly at the house in the evening. It was fun people watching and stargazing from the balcony.

The house itself was great with bedrooms nicely spaced and nice bathrooms. Plenty of outdoor seating. Be aware, It is located next to beach access so there is constant traffic. It’s definitely in the middle of all the action. The yard needs to be enclosed as there were 4 wheelers driving through the corner of the property by the fire pit. I had asked host specifically if the hot tub was functional and was told yes but upon arrival, found it out of order and waiting for parts. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Early October, the weather was perfect and the house is right on the beach. was functional and was told it was but upon arrival, found it to be out of order and waiting for parts.
