"I liked this motel. Friendly genuine staff. Felt like nothing was too much trouble. In the room there were two folding luggage stands stored on brackets. The bathroom was tight but adequate but I thought the gentle night light was a great feature too often overlooked by so-called top end hotels meaning I wasn’t blasted by a bright light in the middle of the night. Bed very comfortable. "

"Loved our stay in Velma. Staff was great, location was great. Hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking and driving. Would stay here again in a room. Loved the airstream, but the rooms are super cute and would like to not walk outside for the bathroom. Having said that the shared bath/shower rooms were great. Super clean, barely a wait ever. Great experience overall, but just rather have a private bath next time. If rooms were booked up we would stay in Airstream again without question."
