"This is a magnificent property with views of open fields and the mountains along with cattle and horses. The owners were welcoming and helpful. The cabin was immaculate. The bedrooms are a very nice size with an open living concept living room and eat-in kitchen for gatherings and a lot of space upstairs if you need to sleep a larger group. Easy access to BLM land and Salida and Buena Vista. The south branch of the Arkansas River is right there. We were fascinated watching the cattle and horses....

"We had a wonderful time at Star Mesa cabin. It suited us perfectly. The privacy and beauty really set this place apart. Communication was immediate and amenities were everything you enjoy at home. For us it was located just far enough out of town to get away from the congestion and noise but close enough to drive in for groceries or a nice dinner without much hassle. We will absolutely book this cabin again!"

"Love the location, views are beautiful. Convenient drive to the hot springs. Make sure you have you groceries if you don’t want to drive 20-30min to town. We all enjoyed our time here.
