"A cute original mining home updated and conveniently located 2 blks from downtown Salida. It was our base for a two-week stay and the host(ess) answered any requests promptly. We walked from the house to shop, eat, drink and hike nearby trails along the river. The owners live next door and both properties are well kept."

"Spacious home with everything you need. We have never stayed in such a well-appointed VRBO home. Everything is provided for your comfort. Two lovely outdoor spaces with views of Mount Antero. Good quality linens, towels, etc. Nice dishes, flatware and cooking pans and utensils. Lots of extra “surprises” here and there. A very comfortable place to enjoy this beautiful area of Colorado. We used the big game room as the workroom for our crafting retreat. Great stay!"

"We had a great time at this house! The furniture inside supports a nice Mid-century look which works well for the renovation style. Lovely back patio with plenty of space. Nice fenced back yard for the dogs to safely romp. No real road noise concerns, even for the room in front of the house. We would definitely rent this house again!"
