La Quinta Inn & Suites in Pomona from NZ$186

"The stairs smell like urine here and there’s 8 floors and only one elevator which means long wait times. The bed squeaks and it’s a spring bed, so not very comfortable at all. The door to our bathroom has no door knob and the phone to call main desk was disconnected. Our neighbors were getting high all night and it was coming through the vents. Went to the front desk to let someone know and waited 10 mins and no one ever came. We left a day early. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. There wasn’t a hair dryer which wasn’t a big deal and I was able to get one from the front desk. I called down and they said they would bring it up. I waited for 30-45 minutes and called back down to the front desk apparently someone was supposed to bring it but hadn’t so I ended up going to get it myself. Again not a big deal but communication would have been nice. Other than that everything was great!"

"Staff is very nice. Breakfast was ok. They need fruit as well as a microwave to make the oatmeal. Room was clean."

"Location was great. Walking distance from Disneyland. Surrounding area had stores, restaurants, shops, etc. The plumbing was terrible. We had to flush the toilet 2-5 times in order for it to clean everything out. The sink would flood with water too. The hotel room itself was clean, room service always left the place nice and clean. "
