Not up to Radisson standard
The staff at the hotel were very friendly, but a bit unprofessional, just need a little more training, then the room itself was dirty, the floor was very dirty and the walls of the shower, both had mud marks everywhere like it hadn't been mopped or cleaned (Only our bed was fresh), and the shower water smelt terrible, not sure if you using borehole water or what the issue was but smelt disgusting, the hallway outside the room also smelt the same, and the hot water served with our tea at the restaurant used the same water and we could smell it.

I booked on-line and got my confirmation on email and it clearly stated that my booking included breakfast but when I got to the hotel I was made to pay for breakfast even after showing them my confirmation email. I will never stay there ever again. Lizzy and Nonhle plus the manager made my second stay there unbearable.

Good, clean, and almost new.
With my room being on the first floor and right opposite the area where people congregate convivially, it is unfortunate that I did not enjoy the rowdiness and loudness from outside. Even in the lobby, at check in, I found it difficult hearing the clerk at the desk for two reasons: the loud guests, and the fact that her voice was muffled by the ubiquitous (and necessary) mask. Yet, I hasten to add, the staff are superb and always ready to extend a helping hand. Certainly, this could be rated as one of the better places to recommend in Polokwane.

The cups are to small that you use need proper mugs and the rooms need refrigerators enough to cool your drinks and other small items and the showers need bigger soap bars but otherwise happy with the place .

I can honestly say that I had a amazing stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful and what a clean room we had at all times. A real must if you are looking for comfort. The breakfast was really good.

One of the best in Polokwane.
It was a nice stay. The confusion about breakfast showing unpaid although included in booking was solved professionally. Got complementary drinks as an apology 🍷Check out at 12h00 was a bonus.

Best stay ever
I travel a lot and have stayed in a lot of hotels, both locally and internationally, my stay at this hotel has been the best so far. The staff is friendly, but our highlights was some great 5 star world class service from a guy called John. He went the extra mile, everyday with a huge welcoming smile and positive attitude to help. I knew the moment John asked if I liked my coffee or if he should make me another one from a different machine that I am in great hands. John really made our stay at this hotel the best, we will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone The new menu is great, we loved it. The ambiance was also great. The wifi connection speed is on another level, the concept of he charging stations for your phone was so handy when I lost my cable.

The staff saves the stay
What I liked : The staff at this hotel were so friendly that I almost thought I was in another country - from check-in to check-out they could not have been nicer - it was incredible. The food served at breakfast and dinner was ecceptional could have a slightly wider Veggie range but perfectly prepared @ great prices. Very clean rooms with good linen What I did not like - the stay was incredibly noisy it is a super busy establishment and the noisy carries till well past midnight . The rooms are little better than Town Lodge with thin walls you can hear your neighbors every move. No individual toiletries for your stay - wall mounted soap leaves a bad impression like being in a gym. No mini fridge big no no for a longer stay. Shower tempratures almost impossible to regulate and a can of coke will set you back R27 a total rip. Not good value at the rate comapred to guesthouses in the area.

Had very late check in on a afriday night. Check in was very quick and efficient. Being a new hotel the bed was very good. Bathroom bit tight, but for the rate the value was amazing. Breakfast was good and spread was good
