"I stayed at PlumpJack inn for a wedding I was attending down the road. I stayed for one night. My check in time was very close to the time that the wedding ceremony started, so I was a bit nervous that I was going to be scrambling and possibly late to the ceremony. I arrived in the late morning to PlumpJack and asked reception if there was any way I could check in earlier. They said they would call me if they were able to get another room made up/cleaned before my reservation check in. I was more than satisfied by the staffs' kindness and ability to make swaps/changes to get me into my room a bit earlier, on a weekend that was very busy for the hotel nonetheless. The staff was beyond kind, caring and accommodating to our needs. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Olympic Village! "

"Checking in was a breeze with a very professional person at the desk. The room was very nice and clean. I have no complaints except for the fact it was very expensive, way to expensive for Placerville CA to just get a few hours sleep. That has nothing to do with the service or the room but come on Placerville???????????"

"Stayed there between summer and ski season. Excellent value. Not particularly crowded. Easy drive to lakeside on the quieter north side. Staff helpful and friendly. At the foot of the ski runs literally at the base of the mountains. And on the edge of a great golf course. "

"I've driven by this property many, many times and never stopped. But what a great spot. Lounging/bbq areas and firepits right on the river. The lodge next door is beautiful and has pool, foosball and a great deck overlooking the river"
