"Had to book last minute and staff were extremely accommodating, let me practice speaking Italian with them with patience (hard to find in Roma haha)! and held my bags with care. Keep in mind it’s a bit far from the city center but aside from that I had a lovely stay! I would recommend it. "

"Honestly have 0 complaints about this place. I went with my fiancé and my two kids (4 years old and 6 months). They are super family friendly and everyone who works there is kind and helpful. They put on shows for the kids every night, really dance parties and my son enjoyed the water park so much. We traveled to Rome a lot, which is about 50 ish minutes, which my fiancé and I enjoyed but my son always looked forward to coming to the “hotel”.
