"Upon arrival they could not find my booking, made through Hotels.com, however the man at reception was very helpful and after about 5 mins everything was sorted. The room itself was basic however as I was only there for 2 nights while i visited Krakow it had everything i needed. Location is easy to get to by tram and well lit for walking home at night (I was alone and didn't feel unsafe in the area). My room was a single with onsuite, there was a large wardrobe, table and chairs, TV and towels...

"It is great location, walking distance to downtown of Cracow, 10÷15 min for not fast but good walker....parking is paid located on the street or 5 min away from hotel, paid too. Daily 60 zl. Next time I will visit Cracow, I will stay in Aparthotel Adler..."

"A very good spacious room, with shared kithcen and bathroom with three other rooms, located just south of the river, the bars and restaurants beginning a few minutes walk away. Very clean and modern place, with the latest appliances and furnishings in both kitchen and bathroom. Lovely owner.....i can't imagine a better accomodation for the price."
