All levels of staff were very kind, helpful and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated and the beds were quite comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when we come back next year.

Breakfast was great, the staff was helpful, rooms were clean. It’s located right next to the Toy Story Lot so if you’re headed to Disney you can hop right on the buses and save yourself the walk. The big pool was really great with a little splash pool next to it for littles. Having laundry on site was also great. The hotel also had cute little additional touches that were nice like a happy hour in the evenings with free wine and beer, a basketball court and game room. Room was comfortable for all five of us, very spacious. Only want was some kind of oven instead of just a stovetop in the kitchenette. Overall really happy with our stay and would recommend

We had a suite with 2 queen beds and a couch with a queen size pull out bed. The staff made our beds and replenished our towels. the kitchenette had a full size fridge and large microwave oven. It was clean. It has carpet in the rooms and I don’t like carpet; though it was clean, I find carpet in hotel rooms unsanitary. A hot breakfast buffet was included. It had a waffle station with 3 grills, that was nice. The quality of the coffee, OJ, Syrup, and all the items served in the buffet could have been better, but breakfast is included in the price of the room. There was fruit and cereal, including oatmeal in the buffet line so There was something for most tastes. Over all, it was a decent experience.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel. It was walking distance to the Disney shuttles and it was so easy to go in and out of Disney. The children really enjoyed the pool in the spa.
