Receptionist staff was very helpful and very polite and friendly. Superb customer service. I just arrived at the hotel after a 18 hour train ride and they were very accommodating and provided me a room when i arrived earlier than the check in time. Wish i had more time that day, but I will book again and will try their restaurant as it has good reviews too. The room was beautiful, very clean and bed was very comfortable. I had a lovely stay. Thank you to the lovely staff at reception. I felt safe to leave my 2 big checked bags with reception in their safe room after check out and roam the beautiful city before coming back to the hotel to collect them to catch my late flight. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOTEL. Well Done keep it up to PURO Krakow Stare Miasto. ^_^

The hotel was very close to the train station, you could see it as soon as you exited. It was also close enough to old town. We had 2 rooms, a double room and a triple room. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a safe and a mini fridge. The triple room was huge with large windows. We ate at the hotel restaurant HINT and it wasn’t bad but not as great as the restaurants in old town.

Everything was fault less. Rooms were very clean, modern and serviced every day. Breakfast was good value with plenty of options. Staff very friendly and helpful. The complimentary hot drinks all day was a great touch.

The hotel was beautiful but what really made the experience unforgettable was the cocktail masterclass given by Olivia! She was so knowledgeable and generous with her time! I learned a lot and had a brilliant time ! PURO hotels are amazing and I’d love to stay in the others they have!

Located directly across the street from the central train station, this wonderful hotel is a perfect choice for convenience and ease of train travel. A modern property with an excellent location, a short walk to the old town, right across from the main train station and tram access, yet very quiet save some minor rumble from the trains. The room was small, but very nice, staff was helpful and nice, and it was an excellent value for the cost.
