"The staff were all friendly and very helpful, from housekeeping to the front desk to the restaurant. We loved the courtyard by the restaurant to sit and have a drink and/or dinner. The food was just okay. The beds and pillows were great, although we didn’t sleep to speak of because of the noise from the other rooms and the hallway. At one point in the night someone tried to get into our room. They read the room number wrong on their card. Honest mistake, but scared us."

"Reception staff were pleasant and accommodated our request for a quiet part of the hotel. Restaurant staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good breakfast. Shuttle service was reliable. Bed was comfortable. Shower was a little "tired", but OK. Stopper in sink did not work, and unfortunately the toilet flow was low and got plugged."

"I was going to the Banorte Stadium. It was close to the stadium. I found the room very clean, clean hotel. I would not recommend for families with small children. Even though i would not consider the hotel for adults only, the surroundings are. There are women of the night and day in front of the hotel. But if you’re an adult the hotel is just fine. Right in front of a train stop. The hotel has a small restaurant. Drinks and food are good. "
