I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff and daily cleaning service were excellent. The restaurant offered a good choice of meals and 24 hour room service at no additional cost! There is a very modern and huge 3 story Mall within a 5-10 minute walk and a large shopping strip across the street with a Walmart, Starbucks, Kentucky fried chicken. I did buy my usual cup of coffee at Starbucks and was surprised to pay less than half of my usual price! My preference however was buying from the street vendors that are found everywhere! As for transportation, I went with a private driver (Hotel can help) rather than rent a car or take public transportation. It was less stressful and the price, which is negotiable was reasonable. Since this was my first trip to Mexico, staying in this beautiful and comfortable hotel for me was a excellent choice. The price of the hotel and private driver was less than a 5 star hotel. But for me, it was a 5 star experience!
