"We really enjoyed the room. It was very spacious with a king sized bed. Two large bathrooms. Great service. The resort is gorgeous and well maintained. Lots of pools to choose from with lots of palm trees for cover from the heat. Beach was great and despite lots of seaweed washing up on shore, the resort was quick to clean it up multiple times a day! Lots of loungers to choose from including cabanas. Can easily reserve a chair in the morning which was great. Very family friendly. The food was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was incredible. I would come back. Highly recommended. "

"Excellence club was our favorite! Best meals at Magna restaurant inside the club. Bartender Jorge was amazing! He had our drinks ready as soon as he saw us enter the club. Outside of the club, we were greeted by every employee. At any time we felt we could ask and it would be given. Beach was beautiful. Food was tasty. Room was cleaned daily. Pools were amazing. Highly recommend this resort! "

"We had a lovely time at this resort! Before arrival, I had sent an email the FS butler team regarding wishlist and had done research on FB groups on this. Upon arrival, they did not disappoint. We were welcome into our room with lovely gifts for our kids, fruits and desserts on the table. Also, the provided many amenities for our kids that's tailored for kids. Both the Kids Club were great! Being able to drop the kids off at the main Kids Club was great. They had a great time. The FS Kids Club was also wonderful giving us the option to drop them off during the evening so we can go to one of the restaurant in TRS. The staff at both Kids Club were terrific! They kept the kids engaged and led each activities so well. Cheers to the Kids Club staff at both the FS and main Kids Club. The butler team was amazing too. Their service was wonderful and all the requests we had were done for us. The only thing we didn't get every night was the turndown service. It didn't bother me but I did request for it on two different nights and we didn't get it nightly. All dinner reservations were made by the butler team and they would suggest how best to fit all the restaurant we want to try during our stay. A la carte restaurants were all wonderful! Their food quality and service was great. The buffets in general was acceptable. Food quality not as good compared to the a la carte restaurant. It wasn't bad but I expected better food quality and choices. "

"The hotel is 35-40 minutes North from Cancun airport. It is within a complex of different hotels so you have to pass through two security gates, having the feel of being a very secure place. Since we got there, the service was excellent and the staff super friendly, from the lobby to the waiters at the beach, everybody was helpful at any issue that could come up. There was a day that I forgot my iPhone in one of the beach chairs and when realizing an hour after, they already picked up everything from the beach I went running to the front desk, and they were able to locate my phone in the lost and found!! For me, that was amazing!!! The spa was very good too! I had such a relaxing massage. The hotel was very clean, the room big and the food was good too, considering that usually All inclusive hotels do not have the best food. The beach was very nice, and it had just some sargassum the last couple of days but I am assuming that it was because of the rain that happened those nights. The kids loved it! I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The facilities and dinning were great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed dinning in different restaurants every night. The food was outstanding. Lounging by the many pools and swim up bars were great. Romantic dinner on the beach was a great date night too."
