"The rooms were very clean, the linens were nice, but the beds were not comfortable, it was like you were sleeping on the floor. The mine bar in the rooms The hotel amenities were less than impressive, the bars weren’t open until 11am, so even if you just wanted a plain soda, ice tea or water, it was simply not an option. The mini bar in the rooms were bare minimum. "

"Sadly we will never see a need to return. Many positive reviews are false as we found by 6 am all beach chairs and poolside taken so we left the resort daily to go to local beach clubs. The food was horrible so we went out for breakfast lunch and dinner daily. We are not high maintenance at all but this resort is a 0 to a low 1 starvat absolute best"

"The resort is extremely noisy: construction and loud music trying to mask the construction. There is not one quiet spot in the entire resort. There are not enough chairs by the pools so we did not have a place to sit after swimming. the view from the beach is construction concrete slaps. There is an extremely aggressive membership sales team that is relentless and will stop to lying and manipulation to make a sale. "

"This is an older resort but it is beautiful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. You are immersed in nature with the deer, Coatis and monkeys!! The resort never felt crowded, not even the pools or lagoon. If anything could be improved it would be the food. Breakfast was great, buffet for lunch and dinner you could always find something. We did the Mexican, seafood and oriental à la carte. Mexican was NOT good, the other 2 were great. The food just didn’t stand out. We had one person in our group with celiac and they were more than accommodating! Staff is fantastic!"

As for buffet, if you can’t find something to eat in my opinion you are very picky. The only thing I found different in this trip in March compared to Last year in November was the chairs by pool Being “saved” before 7 7-30 am Only a couple people Actually were there sitting and enjoying the morning. I go to Get seats and hang Out. My wife comes And I go for A walk. We stay all day. Nothing new really just people that are….."
